Another Coquille board piece I did last night and one I did for Casey for Christmas . I typically tend to do a lot of burned edges and stuff in my artwork I don’t know how that really started but I just kind of like to trash my stuff when I am done with it. Something about the nature of impermanence of beauty in nature as reflected in  art or something like that. Who knows I am sure it was a very pretentious explanation when I was a freshmen in college but admittedly I just like things that look grimy and imperfect ( couldn’t imagine why) and it hides all the imperfections that only I notice and obsess over . 

I am so partial to the first one. It is amazing.
